What is a “spec book” and why do I need one?
A
A spec book is a highly detailed document we create before a build even begins. It holds every detail about your design, including layouts, finishes, paint colors, cabinetry, and plumbing selections. It ensures builders have absolute clarity so your design intent does not get lost once construction starts, and you do not have to constantly re-explain decisions on site.

We handle both. We work with all aspects of the trade, including architects, civil engineers, electrical engineers, lighting engineers, and general contractors. We provide strict monitoring of project requirements and ensure the delivery of completed projects on time and on budget.

We have extensive experience with a wide range of properties. This includes renovating foreclosed and distressed homes, improving single family residences, and developing ground up construction and multi-unit residential properties. Homes that were passed over because of their condition are challenges we welcome.
